One remote control... Your PC!
This program was part of my dissertation at National Technical
University of Athens, in order to get my diploma. It is coming
along with the device
Universal IR Transmitter, which can build by your own.
With few words this program is capable on simulating almost any
IR remote remote control for video or audio devices, you can
find in the market. With it you have the ability to create your
own button codes, depending on the infrared protocol each
manufacturer uses. Moreover you can copy the code of a remote
control button, which are using protocols unknown to you.
You start by creating one or more buttons to the special
area of the program's main window and then you simple relate, to
each button, the code which the device will transmit. In this
way it is possible to control more than one functions of the
electronic device you are trying to control (e.g. television,
video, stereo etc).
